Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reservation or using GlideLuxe services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability
  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email and/or SMS
  • You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices may include base fare, mileage, time, and applicable fees
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, airport fees, and wait time
  • Payment is required at the time of booking via credit card or bank transfer
  • Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion (suggested: 15-20%)

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund, full charge applies

For special events (weddings, proms, etc.), cancellation policies may differ. Please confirm specific terms at the time of booking.

5. Wait Time Policy

  • Airport Pickups: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from flight landing
  • All Other Pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time
  • Additional wait time is charged at the applicable hourly rate

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
  • Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
  • Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in the vehicle
  • Wear seatbelts at all times during transit
  • Not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle

7. Liability and Insurance

GlideLuxe maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Injuries resulting from passenger negligence

8. Service Areas

GlideLuxe operates throughout California, including Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Carmel Valley, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and surrounding regions. Service availability may vary by location.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
